The Sciton ProFractional therapy is an ablative laser treatment using the 2940nm Er:YAG laser. This treatment selectively injures collagen molecules by delivering focused energy deep into the selected tissues. This energy stimulates fibroblast activity, which in turn rejuvenate the collagen matrix and plump the skin from the inside out. This therapy is specifically useful for patients looking to enhance skin tone, texture and overall appearance of their skin. ProFractional therapy is proven useful for fine lines, wrinkles, acne scarring, and pigmented lesions, and is commonly combined with MLP.

MicroLaser Peel is the latest in skin rejuvenation. The Sciton utilizes a short-pulsed Erbium laser to ablate the outer layers of the skin at precise depths. We offer these "peels" from 10 - 50 microns. This treatment delivers excellent results for poor skin tone, fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars, sun-damage, etc. One 10 micron MicroLaser Peel is the equivalent of 4-6 microdermabrasion treatments. You will experience redness and peeling lasting 2-10 days depending upon the depth chosen for the peel. Depending on your skin condition and desired results, multiple treatments may be required.
